There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Looking for a trailer hitch

Cruising RT

New member
I've got a 2014 RT Limited and looking to buy a Trailer hitch. Found someone that has a used hitch model #705002240. Does anyone know if this will fit on my 14 RTL? :dontknow::dontknow: Thanks in advance for any help.

Buy a new one. You would most likely not get the correct module and wiring harness from a used Hitch. If not make sure it is a real BRP product and not an aftermarket.

Wanting to use a rack & Spyder Pack on RT from Doc Humphrey. But I want a true BRP product.

I have a 2014 RT also I had the dealer put on the correct hitch and wiring kit. It was worth it to have everything done right, you don't want to mess up your warranty. What kind of trailer are you planning on getting for it?
I'm looking at trailers right now, I like the BRP trailer because it adjusts your on board computer for towing. I don't know if that happens on a different brand of trailer.

All I'm wanting is to put a rack behind. Not planning on pulling trailer.

The trunk rack is very nice, I have one of those too. You can put an extra 20#'s on it with out any trouble. Make sure it is either waterproof or you have it in a large plastic garbage bag to keep it dry.
