There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Somewhere about 2013: they made a change to the swingarm. I've seen reports that they're close: but no cigar! :shocked:
But you should confirm this with someone who has tried to bolt one on! nojoke

Installed a BRP hitch on my 15 RTS last spring .Ordered directly online from BRP. Was a piece of cake to install, wiring is plug n play . Lots of YouTube install videos out there too .. BRP hitch is more $$ but maintains your warranty.

This year I purchased the hitch and harness from Pierre at www.canamspyderaccessories.com and I watched his videaoes many times before and during installation. All of it went together without a hitch, no pun intended.
The harness was truly plug and play, the videos were perfect and the combination price was fine.
The hitch is better looking than any I have seen!

I DO NOT believe a 2010 hitch with work on the 2014 and up Spyders. I am sure others will chime in too.
