• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking at Running/Fog Lights - Which do you recommend? Which LED & Fog Light kit?

Broderp, do you remember the brand of those driving lights you put on your Kawasaki?

Here is the link to what I bought.

They have been on my Z900 for over a year with zero issues. They are very small, a requirement for my Z900. If I can, I will post a short video showing the light pattern and fog lights. But the only images I have now are attached below. (They don't show the light very well, nor the integrated fog lights. I was photographing the LED's for another forum.) I don't always believe you have to pay a lot to get quality. I will also add that I don't drive in the rain and cover them up (along with all the controls) on my bike when washing.

Out of respect for others, reduce a chance for a ticket, and possibly reduce the chance of getting shot, I would suggest any super bright driving lights be put on a separate switch.

That's why I like them tied to the bright light switch. That way you can have them off at all times or if you turn their switch on, they won't be unless the high beams are on.

Super bright lights should be aimed properly to avoid the above IMO, unless you are referring to "off road use" lighting or in our case, only used when there is no one on the road with you.

On a side note, it's always bugged me (even as a rider) how motorcycles seem to ride with their high beams on ~ in the name of "being seen". I flash those guys with my high beams as I would any car that blinds me. I'm mean that way. :dontknow:
