• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just got finished watching the weather news. Sounds like all of us along the east coast and even inland, had better tie things down.

Just watching the weather for here. Coast will have a lot of wind and coastal flooding. We'll have rain inland all weekend and into next week. Have family who live in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland and PA. Praying for their safety.

Just got finished watching the weather news. Sounds like all of us along the east coast and even inland, had better tie things down. Here in Rochester, NY we NEVER have a hurricane. But, according to the local weather guy, we'll got something we've never experienced before. We're not use to this type of weather--just give us snow--lots of snow--we can handle that!:banghead:
It shouldn't be a hurricane by the time it gets to you.....but it could be a dandy storm, nonetheless.

you all in the way , stay safe all have are :pray:and keep your :spyder2:uncover and tie down:doorag:don't take chances life to short.

We'll keep you folks posted--although I suspect you'll hear all about it on the news. Suppose to hit hard here in Western New York on Tuesday afternoon and last for however long the girl decides to stay around. I got my generator ready and the Spyder locked in the garage!

We're figuring that it'll be lots of rain and some decent wind gusts by the time it gets this far inland...
Power outtages will be our largest concern.

That's what they're predicting. Getting the generator ready today and filling up all the gas cans. We'll be ready!

Well, the winds have subsided, the rain stayed just east of the county line and it's still cloudy and breezy.

It looks as if tomorrow evening will be our biggest challenge... 55mph gusts are forecast! :yikes:
I don't ever recall seeing warnings about the breezes getting so rathy up here before this!
