:yes: Welcome to Friday's weather news from Indiana, currently 37°F with clear skies.

I was able to get 52 'Smile Miles' in on my Spyder yesterday. My first December Ryde.

Today's high 56°F with sunshine and a little wind. Low of 34°F.

Today in the desert S.W. we will have a high of 80 and a low of 55. Winds out of the SE at 3MPH. Visibility is 9.9 miles and there are no clouds. For the life of me I don't know why the weather gurus always say that visibility is 9.9 miles when we have a good clear day. Why can't they just say we can see for 10 miles.....? I have a house guest coming tomorrow so no riding today. I have to pick up after myself and get this place cleaned up. Living alone with a bike eager to be on the road sometimes creates deferred housework. That has caught up with me. Stay safe..... Jim

Nice day for a ride here in Southern PA about 55 degrees F. today. I Volunteered to help out at the Local Harley Davidson Shop for their annual Photo with Santa day and bring a gift for Toys for Tots. Great day packed all day lots of gifts form Bikes, Stuffed Bears, Dolls, Games, Remote Control Toys, two full Fender Guitar kits with Guitar & Amp. all new donated to Toy for Tots. I think we filled a 12-foot trailer.

Great ride today and enjoyed all the smiles on the children as they got to sit with Santa on the Harley for a photo. :thumbup:

Weekend

I love this weather, warm up and cool down.
Got in another 50 mile ryde time today. The temperature was 53°F and sunny all the time.

They say off and on all day rain here tomorrow. :gaah:

Sunday High 50°F with lots of rain and low 30°F.

Monday

:chat: I guess everyone was busy with the holiday season.

Indiana received 6/10th of an inch of rain Sunday.

Today's high will be only 34°F with clouds and wind. Low of 15°F. .......:gaah:

Had low to mid 70's for the last 5 days. Today is also supposed to be in the low 70's. But wouldn't you know that tomorrow it is supposed to be around 50 for a high, and that is the day that I take my spyder in for air bag replacement. Can't seem to find anyone to give me a ride back home, so I might have to trailer the spyder to the dealership (about 30 miles away).

Here in VT. it is raining, the temps have been near 50!

I don't have any snow on my lawn.

But they are forecasting high winds( 50 mph) and possible power outages. Then the temps drop down about 20 degrees, maybe we will get snow!!!

Tuesday and SNOW

:gaah: The weather people are saying that the snow maker is coming today. Some snow showers are scheduled for late this afternoon and in the morning (Wednesday).

Currently 16°F with some clouds. Got 1.2" of rain yesterday morning. The yard has standing water areas. I said, better some rain than snow.

Today 27°F, low of 22°F with snow showers.

The high today in the desert S.W. Will be 75 and it is partly cloudy. We will cool down into the 60s starting tomorrow with a good chance of rain on Thursday. The cooling and wet trends that occur here usually move eastward. So those of you more eastern folks are probably in for a little cool down and some kind of moisture in the near future. Wednesday and Cold

Indiana is starting out with some clouds and chilly temperatures. Currently 24°F and a very lite dusting of snow.
Wind chill makes it feel like 19°F

Today's high will be only 37°F and cloudy. Low of 23°F.
Bundle up and stay warm.

it's supposed to be 56 and sunny today so my son and I are going to take a little ride to Sturgis.

Today here in VT. we had snow showers, temps in the 20's.

This weekend they are forecasting 40's to near 50.


( off topic: the sled is getting very restless, the snowmobile trails open up next week, if we get snow).

Back on topic I hope we get snow soon.

Thursday

Going to be a beautiful dry day, currently 27°F and clear.
Yesterday morning I had heavy frost on the truck windshield. I tried to save some gas and just cleared away before starting the engine.
Definitely not a particularly good idea.
I will need to think about starting the engine and then clear the windows. :shemademe_smilie:

High today of 48°F with clouds, low of 41°F.

Roller coaster temperatures here. Today, 70 and sunny. Tomorrow 50. Going to ride a bit today.

Partly cloudy here in the desert S.W. The high will only get to 70 and it is a bit breezy. We expect rain to develop overnight (that's a good time for it). By tomorrow morning is will be sunny again but cool with tomorrow's high only getting to 62. I got a really nice solo ride in yesterday. Did a 175 mile circle through the mountains with lots of turns and twisties. It was good to get out by myself and be one with the bike and the wind. Stay safe..... Jim

Friday Lots of Rain

:gaah: Talk about some Rain, we received almost 2 inches on Friday. Water is standing in the yard.
Hope you are doing well and staying dry.
Currently 61°F and a Tornado watch is in effect.
