There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. It might be the last day of November over there in North America, with Winter well on its way; but December & Summer is just about upon us here in the Antipodes (only 1.5 hours now, and I'm going to knock off for the night pretty soon! :p ) so the Fat Guy in the red suit is popping up everywhere and the weather's getting hotter with a vengance!!

Our first Summer Heat Wave has already hit Western Australia, so it'll probably be with us here in South Oz some time next week, and over in the Eastern States maybe a week after that. So while you lot are thinking about keeping warm & maybe even putting your Spyder to bed for the duration, here in Oz we're thinking about staying cool & getting in as much early morning/late evening ryding as we can, just to avoid the heat of the day! :ohyea:

So tell us all, what's the weather doing in your part of the World?!? :dontknow:

November/December

 As Peter Aawen has Posted up the Down Under is almost December 1, 2021. (About 1 hour till.) So we in the USA, will make the transfer in about 17 hours from now. Please post about your local weather news. ....

Here in northern Alabama it in the high '30's, but expected to warm up to the low 60's. Along with no chance of rain till the weekend. Going ryding shortly, because any excuse will do.

Here in the Raleigh NC area I just finished my 4 mile morning walk in 28 degree weather. Supposed to get up to around 58 today with the highs increasing up to mid 70's by the end of the week. Pretty dry here and we have a burn ban over the whole state. Fire at Mt. Pilot park now, with well over 200 acres burned and it is 0% contained. I really hate I did not make it up there this summer. I know fire is nothing new to you west coast people, but it is really something around here.

Supposed to start out the week with unseasonable WARM temperatures. Predicting a high of 78 on Thursday. Time will tell.

We are reluctantly saying good bye to November here in the desert S.W. There were 25 November days of 80 degrees or better. The lowest "high" temperatures were 2 days of 75. We had a little sprinkle of rain but not enough to measure. So, November goes into the history books as above average temperatures with no precipitation.

As we move on to December the 80 degree temperatures will continue for a few days. Then by the middle of next week we expect highs to get back to normal (mid 70s). It is NOT beginning to look a lot like Christmas around here. Stay safe..... Jim

USA December First 2021

:coffee: Welcome to the Indiana Weather News and Thoughts. Currently a little chilly at 35°F. Going to be a rainy morning here in my local area.

I did well in the month of November, got 16 Days of 'Ryde Time' @ 50°F plus. .......

Rainy Day and cold, 46°F/42°F.

Stay Healthy and Stay Safe. .......

No spyder riding for me( spyder is in hibernation) ( off topic, the sled is getting restless, we have about 2- 3 inches of snow).

Today's temps were in the 30's.

The temp is 26 degrees now.
Today is the first day of "meteorological winter"( the full months of December, January and February), tomorrow a frontal system will be moving in early Thursday, starting with a light wintry mix, of rain, snow, around daybreak, then a cold front part of this system will move through from west to east during the late morning and afternoon hours with a round of rain.

It will be breezy and fairly mild for most of the day. , then cooler air will come barreling in. Then on Friday the temps will drop below freezing. But we will get some sun shine.
The weekend will be quiet( first weekend in Dec).

Deanna

Went out for another 100 mile drive today. Sunshine, blue sky, and 80 degrees. We are having a pretty good December so far.

Just got back from a 125 mile lunch ride with my regular Friday ride group. That group switched our riding days to Thursdays because we were starting to bump up against a lot of weekend traffic on Friday afternoons. Today it got to 83 degrees which is above average. Didn't see any wind or clouds. Perfect shirt sleeve riding.... And the food was good too. Stay safe..... Jim
