The answer is no. Your clearance is 4.3 the jack only goes down to 4.75. Put a piece of plywood under the wheels then the jack and you should be good to go.

Can work....

The one on the right (blue) in the harbor frieght link works best cause it has removable extensions...the one in this picture is a craftman (yellow) is the same. But it is more expensive
