• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lift for ST SE5 Limited

Trying to get some input for a lift for my ST-SE5. Most of the post that I read are about the RT and adapters available for the lift. Any input for a lift for the ST-SE5. Have reviewed Quasar - Big Blue, J&S, and Pitbull. All show the RT, no mention of ST.
Thanks for the input.

Choices, choices

If they work for the RT they will work for any of them. Most are using the ATV/motorcycle lifts but there are a few with adapters for the spyder (all of them).

I use a PitBull ATV lift on my 2013 ST-S SM5
Insert it from the throttle side.

I use a Sears/Craftsman lift/jack. The problem that I've found is that the lift has to be placed under the center of the vehicle, which is right where the oil drain is, which is usually where I need to work. So I jack it up, set wood blocks & jack stands under it, and remove the jack...

The two I know of are Craftsman. The red one WILL NOT roll under the ST. It will work on the RTs as they are higher. The yellow one WILL roll under the ST. Both will lift Spyders. I had to put my ST up on 2x4s to get the red one under. A friends yellow one worked great. Its the height of the collapsed lift you need to make sure is the lowest.

I did end up with the yellow craftsman lift. Seems really stable when lifting with it. Hope to get lots of use out of it with my Spyder.
Thanks to all with the great input.
