License plate frames for spyderlovers.com

Posted this to Lamont already but does anyone know someone who can make up license plate frames?

I was thinking Spyderlovers.com license plate frames would be a cool way to promote the site and ID us to each other as fellow Spyderlovers.:thumbup:

I had a REALLY nice note from the TrafficTalk customer service folks------

Dear Mr. Burks,

Texas just recently changed their law concerning license plate frames.
The frame that you ordered will partially cover the state name on the top of your license plate, which is no longer allowed.

GOOD NEWS: We have a new designer plastic frame that works perfect for your state. The top and the bottom of the frame can still be personalized. The top of the frame is a bit narrower than the bottom, but this allows your State Name as well as your registration stickers to be see seen with no problem.

We would recommend that you switch to this new frame; however, the choice is yours. The new frame is just $13.95.

We have attached a proof of the new license plate frame. Please note that the thin, inner line you see is the actual size of the license plate frame. Nothing outside of that line will be printed.

It's not too late to make a change if you need one made.... just let us know.

Please reply to this e-mail and let us know if you'd like the new "state" frame, or if you'd prefer to stick with your original order.

Mine finally got delivered today, but they sent car frames instead if m/c frames. Their customer service line is an answering machine! I left a message, but didn't get a call back. Crazy because I am certain I ordered correctly!:gaah:

WOW! Well I was really looking forward to getting my frames, but when they arrived, like I said in a previous post, they were car frames. I am certain that I ordered them as MC frames, but I figured I'd just have to suck it up and see what I could work out with Traffic Talk. After numerous calls left with the "Customer Service" (which is really just an answering machine, which tells you how important your call is and they'll "get right back to you"), I received NO response whatsoever. This is likely just some guy working out of his garage, which is fine, but if customers are important at all, then returned calls are a must, especially after several of them. Clearly this guy isn't interested in his customers. I'll get frames at a later date when this subject doesn't cause a bad taste in my mouth and my BP to go up . But it will definitely be through a different company, in fact I'll make sure it doesn't even exist in the same state as Traffic Talk. Live and learn... buyer beware... etc., etc....:gaah:
