• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lazier Alignment

Questions

New member
Hey all you pro's I just got off the ph with a dealer in Wa state for the lazier alignment, the service manger says that it is a 4.5 hr to 5 hrs at $98 pr hr for a $500. bill. I would like to mention the name of the Dealer and they are a spider sponsor but I probably would get into a lawsuit. So where can I go??? I think this way on the high side. Where can I go in Washington state to have this work done with a reliable dealer.

Laser

The folks from Las Vegas will be at Heart of Washington ride in Chelan in June. That's when I'm getting mine done. $500 bucks is a very high price.

It doesn't take but 30-45 minutes to do a lazer alignment unless your bike is way out of alignment and the belt needs adjusting as well.

Lamonster charges $120 to do it and if your bike is not out of alignment he doesn't charge anything.

My dealer here is NC charges $127.50 to do it.

Find someone else to do it.

Squared Away will be doing laser alignments at the Heart of Washington ride in June. Send me a message and I can get you on our schedule. Your dealer is not using the Rolo/Outlaw System

:agree: with the above posters also. $500 for an alignment--rolo or the old way?--absolutely out of line. You must have talked with the revolving mechanic of the month. :gaah:

One of my BEST BRP TECHS

Pro Caliber in Longview.

Check out my dealer page...http://www.spydercomfort.com/dealerswa.htm

Like I said before all patented True Laser Track/ Outlaw/ Rolo laser aligns do not have the same results...they are only as good as the alignment tech that performs them( both
BRP techs and independants)

Shawn Smoak at Pro Caliper totally understands the laser alignment process to the rear wheel.

He has many Spyder films on Y tube to watch...we have had many conversations and HE GETS IT...

Squared AWAY

Squared Away will be doing laser alignments at the Heart of Washington ride in June.

Joe and Ann are one of my top teams
( I am impressed with this lady...she gets right into her work and gets covered in brake dust!!)

You cannot go wrong working with Squared Away...we have had so many phone calls/ e-mails back and forth...Joe wanted to make sure he had the concept and method of obtaining a PERFECT laser alignment down pat....and he does.( that's the military in him !!)

I do believe that Joe and Ann will give you "more personal attention" and they will spend the extra time to make sure they have "happy" riders when they leave the alignment team...make sure you call or e mail Ann...you won't be sorry you did

Joe and Ann get my thumbs up !!!!

I paid $120 here in Iowa. Dropped the bike off at 4 PM and was on my way home again by 05:45 PM all done. They are definitely out of line.
