• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Well all, I've been sitting in the background on here reading everyone's posts since I purchased my 2013 RTS SE5 then traded to a 15 F3 S SM6. In my opinion, best trike on the planet! Anyway, I made the decision today to trade up to two ATV Outlanders for my family to play in the woods. Taking my last ride on the Spyder today was mixed emotions but I stuck with my decision. More often than not I see to many crazy people on the road supposed to be driving but instead, texting, eating, making themselves pretty, you get the picture. My dealer Schaeffers Motorsports in Orwigsburg PA again, best dealer on the planet, hooked me up with a great trade and excellent pricing on the ATVs. I would like to thank you all for the entertainment over the years and letting you know all are a great bunch of people. I may try to sell some of my gear on the site so if you know anyone looking for a Shoie RF1100 used maybe 3 times with a fancy paint job on it, white pearl, yellow and black. I bought two of them but nobody wanted to ride with me with the 2013 RT, I'll make a good deal. Also fall winter jackets. Pm me if interested. Thanks again.

Mixed emotions...

Glad your getting toys for all the family and understand that...sad to see you give up your ryde to do it...:banghead: but hey...it's not goodbye you can stay here with us let us see the change...

I have visited your great state many times, and most recently, really noticed how many areas are "traffic challenged".
I understand switching to off road. I am fortunate enough to do both, but in ANY case....study your machines, acquaint yourselves
with handling quirks and capabilities slowly at first (like you did with you spyder), and learn and watch for peculiar off road hazards.
There are no traffic lights in the dunes or forrest. Stay Safe. Have Fun. You might be back one day.

Truly sorry to hear of your loss to our fellowship, but I am sure that we would all feel a lot better about it if you would share pictures of the new toys for us to marvel. :2thumbs:

Keep an eye out for crazy yahoos speeding along trails on dirt bikes! Some think they own the whole trail and ride the middle!

Will you be able to take your family to the Allegheny National Forest?
We went out there with our ATVs, and had a BLAST!! :2thumbs:
(Ride the single-track trails: they're the most fun!)

I'm sorry we'll be losing you as at Spyderlovers, but it sounds like you've got lots of off-road adventures ahead of you.

I'm not in the market for gear, but it might help to mention the sizes of what you're selling.

Not in a huge hurry to sell. When I get some pics and sizes I'll post then in the for sale section.

My friend just bought 1K acres in the Poconos
. I'm leaving the ATVs up there. Won't be traveling much elsewhere with them. I have his property to ride and its surrounded by 6k more that are navigable.
