There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

They are open - I recently ordered a Spyderpops rear LED light kit from Lamonster Garage the 21st of last month (April) and it was delivered the SW MO within a week.

The state of MO has had a stringent lockdown of most businesses. I do not know specifically about Lamonster Garage. Things are starting to open up a bit now. Restaurants were back open in our town as of today. Arkansas.

Finally got a call back, and their out of the fog light kit I wanted to buy.
I would imagine they're having some of the same supply issues as everyone else right now. I work for a Fortune 40 company so we have some pull regarding merchandising. We're having issues so I'm sure the "little guys" are having even more issues. (Thank you, coronavirus. 
) Give it some time. Lamonster will be restocked eventually and they have great products.
As far as not being able to reach them by phone right now, I think they are down to only (2) in the office. Lamont (the owner) and Jacob (his assistant/office manager).
