Lamonster??

Does anyone know the latest on Lamonster's health issues??? was just wondering as I have not seen any comments/posts in quite some time.

Not much....

Not out of the woods yet. Met him and his lovely wife here a couple weeks ago and though he looked fine and they were visiting relatives here he mentioned that things are still on a hold pattern. If things get worse gonna need a transplant...ray: things get better either way....

I have a several item wish list of goodies to add to our F3L and after reading the above post, I will be ordering all that I can from Lamont. I can empathize with those who have health issues because of mine.

He made a long post on facebook today.

He is going back to DR. in a week. Going to request putting the liver transplant on hold. Going to continue on the the current meds and is showing some improvement.

I wish him the best of luck with his choice.

My youngest daughter went thru the same with the meds appearing to help based on the numbers shown in the blood work, until it was finally a race for time. Luckily, my oldest daughter was a candidate to donate part of her liver, as a live liver donor, and it now has been 3 years since.

Can you provide a link? I don't find it on Lamont's personal FB page, or Lamonster Garage page, or on Spyderlovers page. Or did I just not see it because of how jumbled FB likes to keep stuff displayed?

Why not 'Cut and Paste' from FB to this thread. Many of us refuse to use FB. I know, Luddites!!!

I think him and Joan spend more time promoting through Facebook nowadays. I have seen lots of pics of some of their recent adventures, so he must at least feel a bit better to be out n about.

I got the information second hand from Linda. She and her computer are not here right now. I don't do facebook.

Thanks. I'm sure that's the page I was on earlier today but that post didn't show. I've seen that at other times on FB. There's something crazy and weird how FB displays posts.
