When I read post like this..it makes me sooooo Grateful for my experience with my Spokane, WA (yea, Lamont that is West Coast,,lol) dealer, Roundy's..particularly Bruce the Spyder tech...I have in past experiences with cars/trucks what folks share here and trust me I was a pissed off customer (and that is not where a business wants to be in our relationship!!!!)....Heck on one Olds car I bought new..it had major problems, dealer just kept saying "in tolerance area"...I found the CEO of Olds dept in Detroit home phone #...called him at 3 a.m. his time...(now who is pissed??)...he sends a fellow out to WA state within 48 hrs (another not happy camper)...bottom line...dealership told where the bear pooed in the buckwheat and I got a new car that day.....yep if I have facts that I've been screwed without gtting kissed first I am one determined grannie...sort of the don't mess with her mentality. And heck I'm always realllly NICE when I work these issues thru...altho there are a lot of signs of frustration!!!! :roflblack::roflblack:
