The fleet of F3s that we were riding at the end of September up around Valcourt all had Kenda tires front and rear. Zero doubt. And considering how often we were squaking the rear tires, we all chuckled at them needing replacement quite soon after we were done with them. Tough crowd.
The author of the article, Marc Cook, I was telling him how (when the OE set is worn out) I take the Kendas off of my Spyders and put Kumho and Toyo tires on instead, so I might have caused a glitch in his memory. And yes, Kenda, Kumho, very close, easy to get this one mixed up, human error.
I believe these two photos clearly show them as the Kenda tires we all know and love :roflblack
OK, I thought it was funny).
