• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I recently received my F1 slider windshield after talking with Marcel and reading posts on this site. A few minutes after installing the windshield I heard it snap. My fears about the sound proved correct-the windshield was broken at one of the holes. I immediately called Marcel and he told me not to worry that he would send another as quickly as possible. He did exactly what he promised. My only suggestion to him was to include instructions with the windshield to possibly ward off this happening to someone else. Great windshield and greater customer :clap:service.

I'm using F1 from Marcel too.
 
I kind of stole Brian's F1 Slider and I really like it. Marcel has always been very good to us and we have always had great customer service experiences with him.

Sorry - but I'd just get a refund. If he can't make it better than to break that easy ---- move on to something else.

I know many love him and his shields - I think they are poor quality and he runs his business poorly.

Never heard a complaint from a CHAD owner - and NMN is a dealer - so you know you'll get great service and support!

I don't know that I love Marcel but I do think he makes a decent Spyder windshield. :thumbup:

Marcel's company makes a great windshield.
I, myself,have his slider and it is the best windshield I've owned.
You can adjust it on the fly! !
I don't think you can do that with the CHAD.

I too have the Slider and LOVE IT! I love the look with the smoke tint and also love the fact I can move it up and down easily with one hand on the fly.

Marcel was good to me! :thumbup:
