• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Arrived in Maggie Valley this afternoon  but would have never gotten here without Cowtown's help on Saturday.:2thumbs:

I'll try to keep a long story short so here goes. Saturday morning, 7 AM we got on the :spyder:to leave for the Owners Event, started the engine, released the parking brake and nothing happened!:gaah: Looked and the flashing red light was showing that the parking brake was still on. Pressed the switched again, again, again (you get the idea) and the brake wouldn't release. (I hate when that happens :yikes:) Well I promised a short story so after whinning for a couple of hours I called Cowtown when they opened, and they agreed to make a house call (80 miles one way). Dan showed up at our house around 12:30 , dismantled the right side of the Spyder, determined that the motor was shot, and then with the help of Kevin (Master Tech at Cowtown on the phone) disconnected the parking brake. Free at last, free at last!!! By 2:30PM we hit the road!

I might have to listen to the beeping for about 20 seconds everytime I shut off the :spyder: and use a wheel chock when parking on a slope, but here we are at Maggie Valley ready to have a great time at the Owners Event

THANKS AGAIN TO RICK, DAN AND KEVIN...........MY HEROS!:yes::yes::clap:

How many of you have a dealer that makes house calls :dontknow:
