There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yes it is, very good. The only one I've seen slicker is an OEM lock that came on my son's new BMW R1200 GS Adventure. My Zumo came with a cradle cap to protect the contacts so I don't have to stretch the rubber boot over the Kradellock when the GPS is not on it and the Kradellock keeps curious finger from releasing the cap.

Thank you. I had a local custom bike painter do the dash. I took a side cover to Westco (paint company locally) and they used their fancy camera to get the paint codes. It matched perfectly.

Once he looked at everything he would have to do to get the KTM the way he wanted a BMW dealer offered him a deal he couldn't pass up. I must admit were I 10 years younger and didn't have the artificial hips we would have tried to work a twofer deal. The Beemer GS Adventure is a beautiful bike.
