Has anyone had issues with Kewl Metal. I ask because January 5th I ordered a part, I got an e-mail on the 6th saying the order is processing and haven't heard anything since. On the same day I ordered stuff from Custom Dynamics got the package, noticed I forgot something, ordered what I forgot and got that package yesterday. I sent an e-mail asking Kewl Mtal about it and got no response. I was just wondering if they take longer to get things shipped out or if I should be concerned.

If your had mirror extensions on your order...they ran out of stock.. I had a delay in my shipment also..but have now shipped..should be getting them this Saturday.. don't think you should be concerned..the holidays slowed them down...

I was wondering about that, the holiday season. I just got the spyder web for the vent. I also didn't know if maybe they made the parts after they are ordered.

They seem on the really slow side of vendors when it comes to shipping things.

Custom Dynamics on the other hand is AWESOME.

The part came. I guess they are just slower to ship than others, will have to remember that next time.

Joe makes a lot of custom stuff for other brands as well and I have a raked out front end from him on my Victory Vegas. Awesome quality and I have had good dealings with him and he is well respected on the Victory forum. It is a small company and if they are attending a bike show or some other event things can get a little backed up.
