K & N Air Filter

Maybe I'm a dummy... actually I am, no question. But, someone posted that they had installed a K & N Air Filter.
Two questions...
1 Did it work OK?
2 What was the part number?

There is no official K&N for the Spyder...this comes directly from the company. I have spoken to them on a few occasions and although some have used filters that 'fit', the company has not yet produced one that is specific for the Spyder...I haven't spoken to the company now in about 2 months, but I am on their list for when they create a filter just for the Spyder...at this rate, I might just stick with stock or go with the Evoluzione...

I may just recommend the Evoluzione filter.

As of right now, the evoluzione is the ONLY aftermarket filter that is made specifically for the Spyder...

Evoluzione is the way to go. Some have found that it "opened" up others did not find any diif. I love it.

But, I can tell you this. This filter unlike all the others out there will be worth the wait and is being designed from the ground up to fit just a Spyder and it's unusual style air box and lid.

We have contracted with a major filter company (you all know) to produce these filters here in the US. This filter will be made just for NMN and the Spyder's unusual style air box. :clap:

Once ready it will manufactured exclusively for NMN, as NMN has invested in the production molds ($$$$$) to manufacture this filter. Inasmuch NMN will have the exclusive rights to these molds and their use. :yes:

This will be a "lifetime filter" that can be serviced and used over and over again, it will be the last filter you will ever have to buy for your Spyder. :thumbup:

VERY NICE NMN !!!!! That's what I like to hear.

Also how about some kind of fan relay to kick on the fan earlier so there is less chance of over heating.

I'm drooling...will it be paper or oil? Apparently, the oil accumulates more 'junk'...regardless, if you're developing it, it's gotta be good stuff...I hear that if you order one when it comes out, we get the double play for free! Thanks Evan, you da best!
