• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Just connected with an old friend of the forum Bob Denman

He tells me that he wishes to tell all of his old forum friends that he and the Mrs’s are doing well and enjoying life. Traveling when they can and keeping up with their health.
Just thought I would post this for him since he can’t anymore..

A previous post stated that the wife had passed.

That’s not what his email to me today said. She is not well but she is well enough to allow them to travel some.

I am glad to hear that they are making the most of their life and time together. Happy TRAils Bob. Thank Dmetcalf for letting us know.

I truly enjoyed chatting with Bob. As said---- He is one of the best. Best wishes and prayers to them both.

In an email I just got from Bob he says she has started a second round of chemo with two done already, much stronger than the first round last fall. She seems to be tolerating it well. They're being optimistic and planning a trip to Walt Disney World over Labor Day. I'll bet he meant Memorial Day. I've made that same mistake dozens of times!

Miss Bob. Riding out to Spyderfest with him and the rest of the East Coast Posse is still one of the most fun weeks I've spent on my Spyder.
