There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
Hello ALL, I picked up the Spyder on Thursday. It's a 13 Red RTS w a 622 trailer,,,,, So here we go Hope to get the wifey out on it tomorrow.. Lookin forward to some NEW things..
It will take a bit of getting used to when using the trailer. I've found that a mental check list, i.e., hooked up properly, placing in trailer mode, ect. before leaving is a good thing. One other thing which Zbunker/Ron pointed out to me is once you get through using the trailer, make sure to replace the "outlet cap" back on the spyder. Also make sure that it is properly secured. They've been known to come off.
Chris (Edit: PS: When backing remember you have the trailer behind you. It's easy to forget and jack knife.)
I'm not too far from you. Let's ride! Hell Ryde Saturday the 18th. That would be a good opportunity to meet some good Spyder people...that is, except for 2ndChildhood! :roflblack:
