• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Juice Box Pro or Dynojet Power Commander V for RT?

clueless

ok seems like you can get the JB PRO for RT on amazon for $275 shipped. and I see online the Dynojet for $296. not sure if that includes the O2 optimizer? but assume so as it is not a separately listed part on the Dynojet website.

so is the Dynojet work $20 more? maybe because you can add autotune module to it?

Links - Dynojet website = http://www.powercommander.com/power...dl=320&yr=25-006&pcVersion=PCV&PartNum=25-006

Juice Box Pro website = http://www.twobros.com/Perf_Products/Juice_Box_Pro/JuiceBox-Pro.htm

The Dynojet is newer release date (but both are made by Dynojet supposedly) ...

Look at Page 6 of the Dynojet install guide = http://www.powercommander.com/downloads/25-006/install/pcv/eng25-006.pdf
it talks about separate wiring for the 02 optimizer which is included according to the first page... what is this wiring to?

that seems to be the only difference to the JB Pro installation which does not have the O2 Optimzer module...

I like the LCD add-on for the PC V. But its expensive!

I must admit that I am a gadget hound.

Before I bought my JB Pro from Amazon, I called TwoBrothersRacing Customer Service and asked them about the differences between the JB and the DynoJet. They didnt want to discuss much detail, but said they sell both and insisted they both do exactly the same thing.

the thing is both are made by Dynojet, yet the Dynojet one was released months later then the JB PRO. why?

also the Dynojet one (again the same mfg as the JB Pro) added a optimizer piggyback device as well.

have yet to call Dynojet maybe sometime this week.

As a test dummy for PC, that o2 controller that comes with PC does wonders.
When I asked how jb pro handles closed loop duty, dynojet will not say how but only tells me it's handled differently. As far as iknow, they are pretty much the same otherwise but I have a feeling dynojet is holding out their best for their own but that is just mt opinion and not facts.

Just wanted add that dynojet went thru a great deal(over a year) developing and testing that o2 sensor controller for PC even after jb pro was introduced.

Then why does the JuiceBox pro looks like it has a a few better features?

The JBpro looks to allow changing to a different map on the road, where the PCv needs a laptop?

that chart is incorrect. the PC V has ability to hold 2 maps and you put a toggle between to pins and close the switch and its one map. open its 2nd map.
