There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.
it's just not worth it any more

Harass? Where did you see the cop harass anyone? And no, in most states you can't walk on the side of the road. Further, it's a damn good thing this cop did try to do a 'pat-down for officer safety' or it could have ended up very differently. If you are trying to insinuate the officer instigated this confrontation, boy are you off base! Man that peeves me off

I think you missed the sarcasm.....I'd really like to see officers use tasers more often. A non-lethal way to subdue a crazy like that. I'd of course like to see real bullets fly on occasion too. Some just got it comin'
