There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

When, where is Americade....after Spyderfest headed east and north eventually to NovaScotia, New Brunswick area..all "virgin" territory for me to explore. Any suggestions of what to see and do. Since I am a Fox and Friends junkie (yep I even get up most days at 3 a.m. to watch...hmmmm that sounds like bordering on insanity :roflblack
...I have on my bucket list to ryde down that New York Ave and wave at them (now sure that is total insanity :roflblack::roflblack and wave at Fox News...would love to at least get to walk inside bldg...will see what I can "attract"!!!! Thanks for any and all info....:yes::yes:

Murphy: If you go to Nova Scotia--make sure you go to Cape Breton (eastern) area--that is supposed to be the best scenery. We did western Nova Scotia--not bad--but most of the road was 10 to 15 miles from the ocean. Check out Peggy's Cove--stunningly beautiful town, and the Bay of Funday also.
Just thought of a couple more things. In Halifax, there is a great marine museum. If you are a fan of Anne Murray, the country singer "Snowbird" her museum is in the center area of Nova Scotia.

Look up the " Cabot Trail". Its a must ride road in NS that rides along the Atlantic Ocean on Cape Breton Island. It is an absolute thrill to do on a Motorcycle or Spyder.

Ha Ha Ha... Yeah, I live across the river from him. I think it was good. I kept seeing his yellow spyder and it kept my dream of owning one alive. I would see him go by and say to hubby, I'll have one of those one day... and now I do :clap:
I love our city having more than one spyder maybe the :spyder2:s will take over :doorag:

I plan on it and have the request on my desk... I have to wait to turn it in, my boss fell and broke her shoulder, so currently I'm the boss! :yikes:
I suppose as acting administrator I could approve my own time, but that wouldnt seem right.:lecturef_smilie: Guess, I'll wait til she is back, but after this, I should get the whole Americade week off... maybe I should ask for it all! hmmmmmm
