• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's here...

I don't know yet...
I'm heading up there tomorrow, to take care of the paperwork...
I'm HOPING for the 22nd... but no promises! :D

:gaah: I just saw an email that they sent to me this morning...
It will be ready tomorrow; but I still need the loss payee address, and a chance to contact my buddy with the trailer... :banghead: :cus::gaah:
I think that I'll go sit on it, and have a good cry...

We haven't met yet. However, I can dig out my trailer if needed and drive from CT. Can't promise the truck won't turn left and head back to CT though. :)

It was a very "Unsettling" event...

2014 RT Limited 1330 SE-6 003.jpg2014 RT Limited 1330 SE-6 006.jpg  So here I am at the dealers at 10:10am. I sign some paperwork, give them some insurance cards, and trot off to the shop...
It is an absolutely GORGEOUS color!! :2thumbs: I walked around it for a very long while... I'm not wild about the decal on the rear side storage compartments... The chrome trim pieces on the side DO have "Can Am" blackened out...
Ann; you were 100% right... It dfoes come with that accessory shelf in the top trunk! (And no frunk release button! :sour:)
Aaron Shelton: their technician; let me fire it up...:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown: Did I mention yet how much I love the new sound?!? :2thumbs::yes::ohyea::yes::yes::ohyea::yes: An Angels' Choir; would not have sounded better....
Then... I went to find where they had my old bike stored...
Sitting in the back of the unheated part of the building... in a row of used, dusty, and forgotten former "Pride and Joys" it sat...
I touched the seat that carried the Missus and I over all of those great miles... I remembered the really GREAT friends that I made along the way...
It didn't seem right to leave it there...
...But I had no other option...
It was a VERY emotional moment for me...
Once I got the "dust wiped out of my eyes"; I went back up front, and arranged to pick it up in two weeks.
And that's my story... ;)

Looks nice Bob, once your in the wind you and the Missus can do it all another time on the new ryde with an extra cylinder along for the fun of it.

I know... ;)
But "Fawkes", was a REAL good time...

I just hope that they can find a good home for him; he's got lots of good miles left in him!
