Issue with the HMT LED Brake light

I have a 2015 Spyder RT SE6
The dealer fitted the HMT LED Brake light, it's been working normally until now
I now have the following problem with it
It's fitted as a Running & Brake light

In the running light mode 3 of the LED's are brighter than the rest see photo :-
When it's in the Braking mode all the LED's work as normal see photo:-

Can anyone advise how I can resolve this issue

High mount brake leds

Eddie, email Custom Dynamics the problem and send them a picture of your sales invoice and the light, they should take care of it under warranty.

I had a similar situation with the one I installed worked fine for a few moments when I first powered it up then eight leds at one end started to flicker then went dark they replaced it with no problem.

I did contact the Customer service dept of Custom Dynamics and true to their word covered the HMT RT light under their lifetime warranty
in fact I have just given them a review as feedback

Stood by their warranty No question and no quibble Top supplier of accessories for Can-Am Spyders I have no problems in ordering from the UK Highly recommended company to deal with Great customer service Professional and knowledgeable staff with excellent technical backup

It easy to complain about poor service but we should also give praise when good service is given

I also had a problem with the installed HMT they sent me a new wire set up no problem. They do stand by what they sell.
My dealer installed the HMT with Run/Brake/amber Turn
