ISO Grips...............questions about "Grip End Accessories"

I am contemplating installing the ISO Grips over my stock grips. The RT-S are heated so I will be using the "clamshell style" grip that fits on the Goldwing. Will install as per the DYI Lamont posted when he installed them, mines an SM5 so should be a little simpler. Can I install the "Stilletto End" on the clam shell style grip or is not compatible? I only ask because the diameter of the "clamshell style" ISO Grip is slightly larger then the standard ISO Grip. Makes me think the "Stilletto End" may be a little small in diameter to fit?

From the Kuryakin Site............. Note: "Will only accept Extended Throttle Boss (P/N 6242 or New 6310). Not compatible with P/N’s 6250 & 6253. Proper installation for all other grip end accessories requires the installation of Smooth Accent Rings (sold separately). Accent Rings are not suggested for use without additional grip end accessories"

So.......I think the answer is Yes as long as I install the Smooth Accent Ring. I am not understanding fully how the Smooth Accent Ring will compensate for the different diameter in the grip? Was wondering if anyone can confirm that perhaps have installed them with grip end accessories?

UPDATE:
Actually reading further the Stilletto End says it can be installed on ISO Goldwing Grip as long as the Smooth Accent Ring is installed. Confirmation would be great but I am gonna roll the dice on them.

fit without problem. Have them with Stilletos on my RTS
