• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ISCI handbrake problem

Is it necessary to keep the foot pedal and spring installed? I know if others that cut the pedal right off. Not sure what they did with the spring.

Surely the smart move would be to keep the foot pedal???

After all, the time may come when you want to sell your 'converted' Spyder, & not everyone wants/needs a hand brake, plus having it unmolested will help retain its re-sale value!

I was one of the first to get the Isci hand brake kits for the F3s and while I don't know if they have changed the design over time, mine has an adjustable lever for the brake. The thing that worked best on my F3 was the Baja Ron brake pads front and rear. Made all the difference and now my F3 stops on a dime with much less effort than when using the stock pads.
