Just installed the ISCI dual side flag holder with tall flag poles: much better, the flags are now cleared behind the Corbin bags:

No. They are 2 positions (-15 and +15 degrees) that you can install the poles (RS and RT ?). Also, looking at the pictures, the horizontal support bar is longer.

Yes, there are 2 brackets. The RT's is longer to clear the upper fender. I wasn't aware there are longer masts available. Good idea maybe. I just mounted my flag holder today.
