• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there easy mods for the spyder? Like air filter, or remove exhuast baffle?

I have stock sm5 09.

I am trying to open up current air box.

also trying to stop traction control, stability control sensors? Can i loop them?

Also can i remove a baffle in the stock pipe?

Also anyway to lean them out, they run rich as heck.

I'm not sure what you consider easy but if your a bit mechanicaly inclined there are some bolt on mods for the bike. Go to http://www.evoluzione.net/ and go under can am. Then goto the different sub headings for items, cost and description. Theres a reuseable air filter like a K&N or theres a whole assembly that getr rid of the stock air box. The only complaint is that its noisy but I love it loud. Then theres an O2 sensor mod that tricks the comp to enrichen the fuel mixture for more power. Also a fuel pressure mod that adds more fuel for more power. Yoy can goto http://www.twobros.com/Perf_Products/Juice_Box/JuiceBox.htm for a computer controller that basically does the last two mods but you will want the air to get in to go with the additional fuel. There are a few aftermarket bolt on exhausts to chose from also. I have all the above and am just waiting on a delivery of the juice box. Theres nothing you can do about the nanny, as of yet that anybody wants to claim resposibility for there modifications. I think that if you open up the muffler, it wont go back together so get an aftermarket.

Muffler

You cant open the stock muffler. You can open the hindle muffler and put it back together. Drill out the rivets with a drill bit remove the insulation then you can take out the baffle and replace the insulation. It sounds awsome.

welcomeI am not trying to discourage you from asking questions, but you should use the search function on the tool bar at the top of the page. All sorts of valuable information can be found from some of our pretty resourceful members. Everyone on here seems eager to help, but if you want instant answers just search for what you need.

Nope. Now I went from Harley to the :spyder:. I'm not tech savvy but HDX, my husband is. But when I had my harley, I got to change the exhaust, put a Power Commander in it and there was no such thing as a Nanny on it. But, for now, BRP has all the control of this thing.:dontknow: Don't get me wrong, I love the :spyder:but it's controlled by BRP when it comes to Nanny control and exhaust. I have a 2 brothers on mine and it did help performance wise and sounds great but no way can I mess w/ the map.
