• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is there a Frunk Open warning light?

Probably a dumb question.

My wife’s 2020 RTL displays a warning light when the rear storage compartment is unlatched.

There does not appear to be a similar warning light for the frunk.

Is this normal or is something not working correctly on her Spyder?

No warning light needed because the front cover won't blow open and risk losing the contents.

Depends on how fast you can go in reverse! :roflblack:

Unlike the new Corvette the frunk lid is pretty secure but on her way home from shopping yesterday a panic stop caused the frunk lid to pop up, when some of the contents shifted and put pressure on the unlocked lid.

At least that is my interpretation of what happened. I think she overloaded the frunk.

I know this is an old thread but I was getting ready to ask the very same question. 'Good old search' found my answer for me.
