• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is it OK to mix Seafoam and Stabil?

Is it Ok to mix these? As I understand Seafoam helps keep water out and Stabil keeps the gas good is this correct? :hun:

Humm missed that will look again. Thanks I have seen several posts saying Seafoam that is why I asked.

I use both. It was always recommended to use SeaFoam in my Goldwings as it was also a good injector cleaner. Worked great as does Stabil.

I would not mix products. There can be unforeseen complications. If you are using one product and want to switch, it is always best to run the tank low, fill with plain gas, run it low again, then switch. JMHO

:agree: I agree. Don't mix them. But, use whichever one you preferrer.

I have switched to Marine Stabil. It seems to do a better job keeping water (due to ethanol fuels) under control. Even then, topping off the fuel tank is the best preventative.
