• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Better put us on the list with everyone else that is having problems with the factory installed system!

Ours is a 2012 RT Limited, on which we had the local dealer install the CB & communication system and the entertainment harness. We also purchased the CAN-AM ST-1 helmets with the push-to-talk remote for the passenger.

Everything works the CB, the AM-FM radio and the Garmin 660...except the intercom.

Been to the dealer, but they have no experience with these systems other than selling and installing them...not much help there.

Don't know of any other Spyder riders, in the Boise area, to call for help.

I have searched the Forum and have tried to follow the directions given, but to no avail.

I was able to get into the CB screen and adjusted the volume and vox sensitivity, but nothing works.

The Quick Reference Booklet , the Installation instructions for the CB & Communications System and the Operators Guide all show the same thing: Intercom volume adjustment (i-com) and Voice activation sensitivity adjustment (box), been there done that but nothing seems to work.

When my wife uses her PTT I can hear her perfectly and she can hear me as well.

We have exhausted all our options and nothing works.

Any help you folks can provide would be appreciated.
