As others have said...so many factors determine premium. I am ticket free, no claims driver (but in the senior/senior category). BUT when I checked with Geico who I have both my truck and home with they were over $800 annual for Spyder (Yep I even called back and got diff person)...I have been with Safeco for 3 years...annual was $464 with 100/300, $500 deductible, and UNINSURED MOTORIST (a must have IMHO). I am switching to Dairyland (high rated company)..for exact same coverage (actually accessory/trailer amount is higher $10k) I am paying $306. I pay annual premium.
So as others have encouraged...do your due diligence for your area of country and find the best deal, not only cost wise, but IF you have a claim..how is the company rated. And above all enjoy the process of finding "the deal". Snow almost gone, blue skies, mid 30's it is a ryde day for sure!!!
