• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Installed up and out mirror extensions

I added the up and out mirror extensions yesterday, and rewired everything exactly as before. The right turn signal works just as it should, but the left turn signal does not work the fender signals like the right one does. The right one alternately blinks with the one on the mirror, but the left one on works on the mirror, and not on the fender. Any suggestions as to what might have happened???

Here's the thing....

if you have led ligjhting you need to make sure the polarity is the same. recheck the connection and make sure the color coding is correct....

I do have led lighting, and I did not change any of the connections. All of the colors are connected just as before. I thought it might be the single red wire that is connected to the main plug in with the screw on connector, but that is attached to the same wire it was before, on both sides.

Found the answer!!! I just remembered that since I have only had the bike a little over a month, and have not ridden it much, that I may not have noticed the fender turn signal lights enough to know whether the ones on the left were working on not. Took the screw on connector off of the single red line on the left side, and put on a crimp connector, and now the fender lights alternate with the mirror lights like the should. Must have been a bad screw on connector. Thanks for the suggestion on the colors being correct, got me to thinking, and led to the solution.
