Inexpensive Shop/Service Manual

Now that I got your attention, Does anyone know where to get a Shop/Service manual at a good price?? My dealer sells them for $145.00,(the english version) They tell me that the French version would cost less, go figure. I have a four year warranty, I'll wait and buy some Mods instead.

I found and downloaded the full manual from a European website... It appears to be the same one - same source as that available on eBay. Honesely I don't remember where I found it. I suspect this is a copyright infringement, so I never plan on opening the file again.

I simply did a thorough Google search on "canam spyder service manual download" and eventually found it. I do not condone that others do this.

It is amazing how many manuals are available for download on various servers... I have found them for every bike, scooter and ATV I own.

I purchased one on Ebay. They sent me the workshop manual and service bulletins on CD. Cost me $20AU. Its also printable so you just print out the sections you need. No grubby finger prints on your nice new workshop manual

I also bought one off of eBay, the electronic version from Midwest Manuals. Cost me about $15 or $20 for the PDF download. It seems to be accurate.

I got the CD from e-bay as well. I won the auction with a bid of ONE PENNY! Then I noticed it was $10 shipping! Still, it was a good deal.

I donwloaded a copy from a website that has now disapeared. Go figure.
