• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Trying to install a Amber led strip on my mirror to help me see when my blinkers on. When i plug the two little wires from the led strip into the blinker wiring plug it starts to blink rapidly. So when i wire it into my mirrors blinkers wires and then plug the mirror back in will it go back to normal blinking speed ? Thank you.

When you change the number of lights on the circuit the hyperflash is a signal to you that something is wrong. In your case the turn signal is disconnected. You did not say what model year your Spyder is but by your video it is a 2014 or later. That means there is a procedure to calibrate the lights. I don't remember off hand what it is. Someone will respond with it or a link. It has been talk about before. So finish installing the the led strips and when you are finished if they hyperflash, recalibrate.

Little checking..

Lamont explained this, you can search it out or message him. If you have all the lights hooked back up, and remember led's are polarity sensative, and the flash is normal then your fine. Now if you check things before all are connected then like Billybovine said you will get a hyperflashing cause the system senses lights are failing....

Thank you guys for taking time out of your day to respond, I love this website i did go to the link of Lamonts video on this subject and did what he showed and all be damed it worked :ohyea:  so everything is honky doory and now i can see when my turn signals are on or off. Hey Snoopy

I have been looking for an electric nail stretcher and a radiator cap for an old 60 era VW Beetle. Thanks for the post on KALOCOauto. I'll check them out.:pray::bowdown:
