There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Some people will never have enough sense....
....to realise that a car with closed windows heats up to stifling temperatures in a very short time.
Over here if we discover a pet suffocating in a parked vehicle, we are legally permitted to break a window on the vehicle
in order to assist or remove the pet.

When I was working at the Strategic Petroleum Reserve about 15 years ago we saw a security bulletin regarding canines in cars. A canine police officer in Houston left his dog in the car with the car running and the air conditioner on full blast. It still got too hot inside and the dog died from heat stress.

Hey... my wife leaves me in the car all the time
