I've already decided to switch to another dealer, due to a myriad of reasons . . . but if I hadn't, this would have done it . . . I got my Spyder back after the recall work, with a new master cylinder, charcoal canister, and brake cable. Guess what? Fewer than 100 miles . . . and the parking brake doesn't hold :banghead:. The light comes on when I depress the switch , I feel it in the foot pedal . . . but the Spyder will roll, easily, as though the brake is off :gaah:. If they can't put a brake cable on, successfully, what else is not being done right? I have jury duty until 4 November (have to call in every evening to see f they need me the next day) but as soon as it ends, I'm making an appointment at the dealer in Windber PA to get the cable fixed, properly, and, since I'll be there, I'll get a laser alignment, too.
