• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ICSI Flag holder

Anyone out there with the ICSI flag holder on there RTs. If so where do you mount the long flat bar that the two flag holders attach to ? I know it is to go behind the licence plate but on the top or bottom. I would think it would mount on the top so the bolts go where the licence plate attached. There is no way my not long enough bracket can attach to the holes in the rear fender where the licence plate attached .:dontknow:

iT GOES BEHIND THE PLATE AT THE TOP.

How to mount your ISCI License Plate Flag Holder

Step 1: Remove your chrome handlebars (see shop manual for detailed instructions);

Step 2: Remove your top license plate bolts;

Step 3: Put the ISCI Flat bar behind the license plate;

Step 4: Re-insert and secure the top license plate bolts;

Step 5: Re-install your chrome handle bars.

Please disregard Steps 1 and 5 if you have already switched out your OEM handlebars in one day. :bowdown:

Ya that whats I thought . I must have the wrong flat bar ,because if I put the bar on where the Licence plate goes there is no way that it will mount. The two flag staffs will not clear the hump over the licence plate where the plate light is located .

Man first I get the Gorilla alarm for the Spyder and the shock alarm doesn't work, so on my dime I have to pull the alarm off the Spyder and mail it back, two weeks later and still haven't herd a darn thing and now this with the blasted flag mount .:dontknow::dontknow: I guess there will be NO flags on my Spyder for SpyderFest .

Dan, on my ISCI flag holder i remember that during my install I had a head scratching moment similar to yours. The flag mast is notched in such a way that you can mount it at the wrong angle. After I realized this I switched it around and it fit properly. That being said, it is possible you have the wrong unit. If you want to send me a picture of your unit I will be able to see if it is for the RT.

tell me where to get this flag mount for my 2010 rts se5 or where to order it

Thanks NorthStar. I tried every possible combo and the bottom line is that flat plate isn't long enough. I will call ISCI on Mon. with the measurement .

Thanks for the pics. With the flags attatched to the flat bar it won't fit between the hump where the licence plate light is housed in .

Yes they will be there!

Thanks Ann. I will bring the kit with me to SpyderFest as well as give them a call Mon. morning .

What size is flag?

I want to order the Patriot Guard Riders flag for the second flag. What size is the American flag that comes with tall flag holder for RT?

I have run mine on the highway up to about 75 ( Cops in front ) with no problems. They have been on there for 1500 miles or so.
Anybody flying flags. Try putting "Fray Edge" on the trailing edge. It is supposed to used as a seam sealer for sewing. Got mine at Wal mart. Many flags have gone thousands of miles. I have been in the PGR almost since it started.

I buy my flags from THEPROPAD.COM
I recently bought a new US flag and a Thin Blue Line flag. (not shown)
