a 2 wheeler.
At wotk they have a small area next to the hospital for bikes. Otherwise, if you aren't a doctor, you park your car away from the hospital.
Today when I was leaving work the wind picked up. The bike 2 down from mine, which was a Victory, went over. The bike next to mine made it through the first blast.
I left the bike down for 2 reasons. 1. Never touch another person's ride.
2. The wind would have taken it over again. It was still gusting when I got home.
I can't imagine what the rider will think when he finds his/her bike down. Based on the neighborhood, the person is going to think someone knocked it over.
