• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

a 2 wheeler.

At wotk they have a small area next to the hospital for bikes. Otherwise, if you aren't a doctor, you park your car away from the hospital.

Today when I was leaving work the wind picked up. The bike 2 down from mine, which was a Victory, went over. The bike next to mine made it through the first blast.

I left the bike down for 2 reasons. 1. Never touch another person's ride.
2. The wind would have taken it over again. It was still gusting when I got home.

I can't imagine what the rider will think when he finds his/her bike down. Based on the neighborhood, the person is going to think someone knocked it over.

Another reason not to ride a motorcycle I guess. I bet you see it on another day ratchet strapped to a tree.

I know what I thought yesterday when I came out of a hardware store, went to put my helmet on and noticed a white scuff on the top of it. I hung it on my handlebars and the idiot that parked next to me in a white suv must have bashed it with his door. Typical Manchester VT! Absolutely useless town and I wouldn't miss it if it was wiped off the map!:gaah:

And you know soon as you were in the middle of setting it up right, they would have walked out and saw you holding their bike up. I'm sure thats what would have happened to me if I was in that situation.

Gravity can also not be kind to 2 wheelers. I had a 73' Honda 550 that I parked and went into a store to shop. Went I got back my bike looked strange in that it was leaning at a 45 degree angle. When I got closer the kick stand had sunk into the freshly laid asphalt. :yikes: Guess they were not too happy with me punching a new whole in there new parking lot. Especially since I didn't buy anything.

This is a second incident posted involving parking next to a bike in a week. Thank god both didn't involve a Spyder.
