• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I TRIED THIS AND IT WORKED WONDERS for me

The new thing today is CBD oil or hemp oil
Getting ready to try some. Orthopedic surgeon wants to replace both hips:shocked:

Wife and I both take the CBD oil daily. She is 75 and has a bad back and a bad shoulder, I'm 78 and don't have a bad anything that I know of as far as joint pain. I take a thyroid pill and a baby aspirin and the CBD daily, do 1 1/2 to 2 miles every other day and use a sauna on the off days.

I've been using gloucosimine/condroitmin for years, along with fish oil. Apple cider vinegar works well for acid reflux or just indigestion. I take a full aspirin every day as a blood thinner. They all work very well. And if you think they work, they work for you. No matter what someone else says.

Strikes me as funny that this thread exists on a "motorcycle" forum. Then I remember the demographics of Spyder riders, and it all makes sense. ;)

read this and thought I found the answer
then I found you aren't supposed to take
glucosamine
if you take aspirin (81 mg/day for me)
so now will try the vinegar idea

I take the 325mg. aspirin as per doctor's orders instead of Plavix. The necessary alcohol daily also helps thin the blood. We need thin blood to get started in this cold weather. Don't have too many aches and pains other than the usual age associated ones.

What works for some may not work for others.

Some think a shot and a beer takes care of everything too :roflblack:

I should try that again one day

Sounds Great

I have been using Turmeric Curcumin (120 CAPSULES) 1000MG per Serving, with BioPerine® (Black Pepper) and no longer use narcotics for my back pain. Will look into those also. Thanks..

Started to look into it - Do Not use it IF you consume Grapefruit Daily as It Is a Miss Match and could bring Problems? Research any Product before you use???nojoke

The studies are inconclusive. The liver breaks down glucosamine, and supposedly grapefruit counters that action.

GrapeFruit

Golden Rule.. No meds for hours after grapefruit. I was taught in nursing school that this fruit can increase the actions of meds.. Not sure why, but we avoid the mix.

Both Turmeric and Ginger are great at reducing inflammation. Good for me 'cause I cook with that stuff a lot. Glucosamine and condroitin are found in bone cartilage. Got some beef bones or bison bones? Throw em into a slow cooker and make bone broth.

I took the Go... for a couple of years, decided that it wasn't helping, so quit. Asked my Dr. He said that studies have found that it doesn't help 15%

Recent studies have shown that fish oil ups your chances of prostate cancer. Seems that you can't win for losing. :banghead::banghead::banghead:
