I took the Plunge

Rode my first Spyder yesterday, and after about 10 miles was sold. I purchased a new Pearl-White Spyder RT-S and looking forward to getting lots of riding in this summer. Traded in a Goldwing and a Harley. After nearly 60 years on two wheelers this is quite a switch but I felt comfortable right away. The quickness in the steering kind of startled me a couple of times but will get used to that am sure. Will get this knee replace in March and then should be ready for the road in a month or 6 weeks. Great to be a true member now.

Ken, welcome from one Pearl-White RT-S owner to another. You will not regret your Spyder purchase! That 1330 engine is great. You will get used to the steering after a few miles, then the fun only gets better. Best wishes on your upcoming surgery. My wife has had both of her knees replaced in the past 5 years, and the difference is like night and day. She always loves to go riding on our 'Miss Pearl'.

Great choice. I still have our two wheeler but it gets ridden maybe 10 miles per month since buying our spyders. Had back and knee issues and this thing makes like much easier. No pain at all!
