• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I haven't fallen off a cliff. I had to redirect some of my time. I'm back now.

Been there and done that.....

15 years ago I had a 34 inch waist.....now it's 38!

After the new heart valve and mucho Warfarin my blood
pressure spiraled out of control.....one day it sat at 215 over 130!! :yikes:

So I cut salt from my diet as much as possible and tried to eat in a healthier way.
I now eat fish almost every day and as little processed food as I can manage.
No sugar, which is not a problem for me as I have never taken it in coffee or tea.
Two cups of coffee and two mugs of tea are my self-imposed limit as the caffeine
puts BP through the roof!
I still drink a bit too much 'real ale' which is bad but hey, you have to have some vices!!;)
I have tamed my BP as much as I can with 50mg Losartan daily and go to the gym
twice a week....after an hour of mixed exercises my BP seldom exceeds 142 over 80!
I now weigh around 190 and am working toward 170.....Fat chance!!
Oh I'm 65 and 5ft 8 inches.
Good luck to you in your battle....It ain't easy but if you take it in baby steps you'll
get there.

If there a will everything is possible. No sugar, no salt and daily exercise is the minimum. Stay away from SAD(standard american diet)food. Most people knee problems are cause by overweight. Spyders are happy if they carry less weight.nojoke

Thanks for all the nice replies everybody. I also wanted to tell the nice lady in Kansas that called me two times about my ST that I have for sale that I am sorry I didn't get back to her. The timing was terrible on my part. I couldn't even get pictures for her. I was pretty much stuck in the house and it was at the height of my (feeling sorry for myself) time period. I'm sure if your the nice lady that called and are reading this you have obtained a spyder by now. I just wanted to say thanks for calling and giving me a shot.
