Well i finally got my Spyder. It took 3 years and lots of convincing but I got it. I currently own all BRP type of toys (seadoo challenger 180, skidoo gtx se and the outlander max xt. By far my Spyder is the most fun. Ive been reading many post but I havent found one regarding this issue. sometime when I turn i get a quick smoke smell! It only happend to me 3 times over 4000km. Im not sure if this is normal but I had go ask. well RIDE on everyone. :2thumbs:

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:welcome::congrats::spyder2: On. Depending on weather,speed,wind direction and air turbulence around the driver you sometimes pull in exhaust smell .
What did you get and what colour ? Where did you get it? Lots of Spyders in the area. Probably going to get a fall colour ride up to Collingwood next weekend .

Check your airbox for oil. Pop the entire top lid of the airbox off and you'll know right away. Pull the air filter and look down in there too. Clean it all up and check and make sure your oil level is about 1/8 inch or more lower than the "full" indicator on the stick.
Search the forum here and you will find several simple solutions for the issue. Search on "oil catch can" or "airbox" and you will find all you will need to fix it for good.
