• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I designed and built a camper that I can pull with my Spyder. It’s on a Harbor Freight trailer. The camper part is made with 6061 T6 aluminum sheet, angle, and channel.

Looks like good work from what I can tell! I wonder what kind of MPG you'll get towing a "box" though. Also, afraid of all that metal cooking you if you're going to try to sleep in it.

I gave it a trial run with my car a couple of weeks ago to AZ. Only a couple mpg less pulling it. I have an Icy Breeze on order. A replacement solar vent fan arrives today. It’s rated to pull 1000 cu ft of air a hour. I have a silver tarp and poles to setup over the camper in hot weather.
I’m taking it to the local dump today to get it weighed. I’ll post the results later.

Looks like you did a good job putting it together but I would be concerned about the wind resistance and how a cross wind would affect handling of the trailer and the Spyder?

I had that HF trailer for over 10 years before giving it to my son in-law. Excellent value for the money.
