• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am so impressed with this "Family"

:agree::agree::agree:

That is why I do not even acknowledge the other forums out there. That is also why I don't ever bother to post there as it always seems everyone there is just looking for a fight about everything and anything.

It is because of memebers like all of you, and the Lamonster that I and No Magic Neon support this forum. :clap:

I am proud to be a sponser of this site, and to call all of you "friend" :thumbup:

Smylinacha,
You and Roaddog are wonderful assets to this family. You add that extra zing of flavor whenever things get dull...LOL Don't stop being just who you are!!

:) - this is totally normal for us - We roust eachother up in real life all day long! If we ever hook up for a meet - you are gonna think we are whacked! LOL!

Thanks Deb for initiating this message and putting into words what we all think and feel about this great group of people. It's amazing what Lamont's expertise with forums and the common threat of the love for:spyder: can do. Hmmmm! I wonder if there's a Guiness world record :read: for Spyders having a group hug!...Joan

I too find your words to ring very true ... it is like a large family ... most of the time sharing good ideas and information ... I thank you ALL for being a member of the SpyderLovers family !!!

Don't believe her, fellow spyderlovers...When I met her and HDX for breakfast this summer, it was the most relaxing morning I'd had in a long time...I could've listened to their stories all day. Of course, maybe they were just being polite 'cause I'm old...

(If they're "whacked," then the lovely bride and I are too. :thumbup:)

All this by way of saying I absolutely agree with Deb and Ev and Scotty and Bill and R-Dog and Spy-man and Jane drifter and L-Heart and...

Sorry GI Jane, Im not in Iraq. I get to carry a gun all day but there's no one to shoot at here in Kuwait (and thankfully no one to shoot at me or try to blow me up.....that I know of) :spyder:

Magic Man...I didnt know there were other spyder forums:joke: But seriously, Ive never seen business owners so willing to help customers and truly look out for their interests. I remember when u gave a substantial discount to one of the members when he bought the wrong HID lights to save some money on EBAY and they ended up not being made for a :spyder: at all. You didnt have to do it, but that gesture cemented in my mind the type of person that you are and I will make sure that my business comes your way. :2thumbs:

To Deb and her husband and Lauri and her husband, the genuine friendship you have shown me has warmed my heart. I dont get a chance to talk to my family everday, but I know that i can always get online and "talk" to all of you or just read whats happening in everyone's lives. It really makes me feel like im not that far away.

I think its funny how i recognize everyone by their avatar. I wouldnt know who most of you were if you walked right past me but i would recognize your heart by asking one question " Are u a spyderlovers.com member?":cheers:

ArmyGurl: You're right....better to be in Kuwait. It's still a far piece from home and you're still part of the :spyder:family. :)
