Hudson Valley NY ride

To those in the Lower Hudson Valley NY area, or Northern New Jersey area..
I am seeing if anyone would want to meet up at Perkins Tower, https://goo.gl/maps/qZ4PGiJZG9v, this coming Friday November 27 at around noon.
I'm calling it Black top Friday.
Ride will start at the tower, to route 6, to 293, to 9W and back into Harriman. Depending on the numbers of riders and time restraints, a stop at Lake Kahnawake or similar may take place or even Bear Mountain.

Will do..my folks live in that neck of the woods..Milford to be exact. Maybe come spring, we should try for a NY/Pa meet up around that area of Pennsylvania.

We had passed the outlets at 2 AM last night and they were full, cars backed up onto route 6 & 17 ! Crazy, give me Amazon any day !

To the amazement of us, some two wheelers and numerous drivers..the gates were locked!
Maybe the fog? I did call, but no one answered. Still there was plenty of room for the 5 Spyders and one HD.

Our first stop in Sloatsburg at the Dunkin Donuts.

Great day!

We met up at Perkins Tower, well the base of it anyway. Traveling west to the Palisades Parkway, north. At the Bear Mountain circle (one "holy cr*p moment) then north on Route 9W to route 293. From there back towards route 6 to Seven Lakes Drive through Harriman State Park to route 17 in Sloatsburg. Pit stop.
We then headed south on Route 17 to Sterling Mine Road to Long Meadow Road and through Sterling Forest. We then turned onto 17A, towards route 106, back into Harriman and stopping at Lake Kahnawake.
All in all a great day with a fantastic group of people. We even had a fellow Spyder Ryder just happen upon us at Lake Kahnawake, and we all made sure to let him know about SL.
Many thanks to all those who make the trip. I hope we can all do a ryde in the Spring.

didn't see this post until too late....took today as a bonus day and did my usual trip thru skyline drive & up into Stirling & 17a to Warwick....lotsa bikes out!
